  23. I believe the DEC Ada compiler currently allows "trivial" (e.g. comment)
  24. changes to be made to package specs without recompiling all spec users,
  25. if you purchase the Smart Recompilation option. We didn't purchase it,
  26. so I'm not sure on this...
